Policies: Returns/Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to terms below within 7 days from receiving items. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Non-returnable/ Non-exchangeable items NO Exchanges are permitted on custom items(such as special orders or personalized items), Digital Files, Personal care goods. We cannot accept returns/exchanges on any sale or destash items or gift cards.

To start an exchange:  If your exchange is accepted, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any questions at bjones3163@yahoo.com.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 – 36 hours not including weekends or holidays.

Shipping: Most orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service, however some bulk orders will be shipped via UPS due to their weight. Customers will be able to choose a faster shipping option if needed. Prices for shipping are displayed on the Cart and Shipping pages.
